Haaaa.... akhirnya jumpa juga DVD ni - di mana? Di Buy Sell Trade dengan harga yang sungguh murah ekekeke... huhuhu gembiranya hati!
Here's a synopsis by dmtisdale_jr from imdb.com (malas nak tulis sendirik la ni... heheh)
In Metropolis, Lois Lane tries to sell editor Perry White on a story exposing Lex Luthor's phony charity scam. Perry will have none of it and tells Lois to let it go, then urges Clark Kent to be careful on his foreign correspondent assignment--and to try to remember to write the occasional story. Clark bids Lois and Jimmy Olsen goodbye.
Later, at his Fortress of Solitude, Superman agonizes over the fact that even with all his amazing powers he cannot come up with a cure for cancer, lamenting that he wants to be more than Earth's resident strongman. Lois asks Superman why he insists on bringing her to the Fortress so they can be alone, then accuses him of hiding his greatest secret from her--his true identity, which she claims she all but knows for certain already. Superman claims that he's doing so to keep her protected, but she insists he's doing it because he's afraid to commit.
Elsewhere, outside of Metropolis, scientists working for Luthor unocover an alien spaceship. They accidentally open the ship, releasing a monster who kills them all and begins a destructive and murderous rampage towards the city. At the Fortress, Superman's robot alerts him to the trouble, identifying the monster as a genetically engineered Doomsday weapon designed to destroy anything in its path. Superman flies Lois to Metropolis, then engages the monster in a terrific battle. The battle rages across the city until Superman flies Doomsday up into the stratosphere and brings the monster hurling down again, smashing a crater into the city of Metropolis. Doomsday is defeated, but Superman falls lifeless to the ground and dies in Lois's arms.
Lois, Perry, and Jimmy are among the thousands at Superman's funeral. Lois sees an elderly woman whom she recognizes from a photo on Clark's desk as his mother. Even Luthor arrives to apparently pay his respects. Later, when Perry urges Lois to take some time off, she journeys to Smallville and visits Martha Kent, saying that she (Lois) and Martha's son (as Superman) had been intimate for several months, and that Martha was the only other person who could understand how Lois felt in the aftermath of Superman's death. Martha invites Lois in for a cup of coffee.
With the loss of its greatest protector, the city of Metropolis is overrun by criminal activity. When the Toyman holds a schoolbus filled with children hostage atop a tall building, Lois attempts a rescue. She manages to free most of the children, but the Toyman throws the bus from the roof with Lois inside it. The bus plummets to the ground, but is caught at the last minute--by Superman, who has miraculously returned from the grave! Superman flies Lois to her apartment, where they say goodbye. Lois is concerned that Superman doesn't seem quite himself, but he passes that off as lingering effects from his near death experience. Superman makes his way to Lexcorp towers, where he finds Luthor in a room lit by red sunlight and brandishing a pair of kryptonite-studded gloves. Luthor beats Superman mercilessly, accusing him of leaving before his time. Luthor compliments the unconscious Superman for doing a very good job convincing the world that the Man of Steel had returned, then goes to a private lab where the body of the real Superman hangs in a suspension tank.
Later, at the Fortress of Solitude, Superman awakens on medical bed, attended by his robot. The robot explains that Superman's body had all but shut down following his battle with Doomsday, and that it took the robot some time to locate its master after Luthor stole the body. The robot tells Superman that Luthor had created a clone which was passing itself off as the real deal. Superman instructs the robot to do everything possibe to help him get back to full strength. Luthor discovers that Superman's body is missing from his lab.
Meanwhile, in Metropolis, the clone Superman hears that the Toyman had escaped prison and killed a little girl. Enraged, the clone grabs the Toyman and flies him high into the air, throwing him back to the ground. He explains to a shocked public that an example needed to be set, to prevent other criminals from similar actions. The dark clone then receives an assignment from Luthor--investigate Lexcorp competition and find Superman's body.
Lois visits Luthor, seemingly grieving, but knocks him out with a sedative and, with Jimmy's help, uncovers Luthor's secret lab, where he has grown hundreds of Superman clones to serve as his personal army. The dark Superman arrives and destroys the lab. Luthor hides in his red sunlight room, but the clone locks him in there, tears the room out of the building, and hurls it to the ground.
The real Superman has been receiving direct sunlight exposure and undergoing massive physical therapy to bring himself back up to full strength. Although he still has recovery to do, he realizes he has to face his dark clone and flies to Metropolis. His robot gives him a kryptonite gun as a way of evening the odds.
The army confronts the dark Superman, insisting that he must answer for his recent actions. Superman destroys their tanks and jets with his heat vision just before the real Superman arrives. The dark Superman claims that he is doing what is best for the people of Metropolis, but the real Superman says that the killing has to stop. Dark Superman easily disarms the real deal of the kryptonite gun, sending it miles away. The two fight in a massive battle, but the real Superman is poorly matched against his full strength doppleganger. Lois and Jimmy drive to the other side of town and retrieve the kryptonite gun.
In the final confrontation at the Superman memorial, Superman again gives all he has to defeat his enemy. Just as it looks like this fight will end as tragically as his last one, Lois arrives with the kryptonite gun. After a lucky shot, however, Dark Superman destroys the weapon. In the scuffle, the kryptonite charge gets wedged into Dark Superman's costume, and Superman detonates it with a blast of heat vision. With his dying breath, Dark Superman begs Superman to protect the people of the Earth, and Superman affirms that that's why he is here.
Superman convinces Lois that he really has returned this time, and agrees that they should have no more secrets--confirming that he is, in fact, Clark Kent. From his office in Lexcorp, Lex Luthor vows that one day, he will destroy Superman.
And here's the trailer for you to enjoy...

Over with Heamodialysis
Ahahah dream on! Nope, my kidneys did not miraculously heal! I opted for CAPD - Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis which no longer requires me to go to the dialysis center three times a week and sit for four hours each time.
Alhamdulillah I've got this option where I can peacefully work and feel great at the same time. I had a tube inserted into the peritoneal lining on February 3rd 2009 - yup before KN and I went to Kota Kinabalu and upon our return on the 16th of the same month, I started my CAPD training at HKL.
It has been over a month now and whatever people say about undergoing CAPD treatment isn't true. I was constantly reminded by fellow friends at the dialysis center before the operation that CAPD is risky - you risk of contracting peritonitis - but after learning the correct technique and following exactly the way I was taught to handle the tank off (the tube on my belly) and carrying out exchange the correct way, I find CAPD is safe.
Of course it will be troublesome after this for me to travel, yup I would have to carry over 60Kgs of dextrose solution for our trip to Makassar in April tapi sama saja kepayahan mencari tempat cuci darah if I were to undergo heamodylisis still. In contrast to Heamodylasis, CAPD is done every 4 - 6 hours daily and the exchanges has to be carried out in an extremely clean and dustless condition. This way there is no chance for patients to contract peritonitis.

Restoran Sakura Kristal @ Jusco AU2
Ever since the new Jusco at AU3 Keramat opened its doors, we've been trying all sorts of eateries yang memang berlambak-lambak kat sana. They have one whole side of the shopping complex dedicated to food - a heaven for food lovers like me hehehe.
One of the first places we tried was Sakura Kristal - they have a first outlet in Taman Melawati but we never tried the place before.
I ordered pasta in cheese while KN ordered Spaghetti Carbonara. Both tasted good. One nice thing about this restaurant is that it serves not just western but also asian food. And the price is really unbelievably affordable.

Restoran Getaran Jiwa, Kota Kinabalu Sabah
Ha... sambung lagi pasal our trip to KK... hehehe sorry lah ek lompat-lompat entries dalam blog ni dah, kejap pasal KK kejap pasal itu kejap pasal ini and back to KK - ahahah macam ada orang baca pun kan blog ni...
On our last day in KK before pi airport, my best buddies Zurry and Mahid brought us to this restaurant dekat depan Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Sebenarnya masing-masing dah tak tau nak makan apa for lunch and everyone was hungry after Zurry drove us around KK showing this and that, nak pergi ke 1 Borneo dah tak sempat sebab flight kul 4 lebih and we had to back at the hotel for our scheduled airport transfer.
According to Zurry, this restaurant baru je bukak and he had tried this place a couple of days ago... hentam aja la Zurry, janji makan. Taste wise... hmmm boleh la, so-so nothing extravagant and special except for the gerai Goreng Pisang and Popia just outside the restaurant - makan cicah dengan sos cili padi Sabah.... sedap woooooo...
I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken (which according to my own taste buds, was not bad at all) with white rice and telur dadar.
Zurry had the Ayam Masak Merah with Nasi Goreng.
While Mahid had Nasi Ayam (just to note - the ayam was eerie looking and tasted as eerie as well according to my dear Mahid) with some curry tofu dish.
While my love KN, apa lagi kalau bukan Tom Yam campur, Nasi Putih and Telur Dadar... hehehe

Steven's Corner Banana Leaf Restaurant, Pandan Indah Bersama Sapit
I went to this restaurant last year (yup this is a back dated post) with my brother Sapit before my heamodialysis session at Hospital Ampang. Ahahah sebelum cuci darah mesti makan busat dulu!
I've been eying this place for a very long time - each time lalu pergi hospital, tiap kali la Kal El berangan makan sini. KN and I have been here once tapi tak kesampaian makan nasi daun pisangnya sebab it is only served between noon to 3pm daily. We came a little later than 3pm and tak dapat la makan masa tu. InsyaAllah satu hari nanti Kal El ajak KN makan sini.
Kalau nak compare Steven's Banana Leaf Rice dengan Kanna Curry House di PJ or di Kepong, I think Steven's serve a more authenthic and tastier banana leaf rice.
We both ordered warm barley. The rice came with four instead of the usual three types of vegetables at other places, two types of sambal whichi I do not know what they're called, rasem and tairu (given without being asked) and the other usual condiments like the dried chilli and pappadom.
That is Sapit (pic above) waiting for his rice. Sapit ordered fried chicken to go with his banana leaf rice and I as usual ordered the Masala Chicken.
It was indeed a complete Nasi Daun Pisang set and I could tell Sapit enjoyed it very much because dia tambah nasi dua kali. Of course the best way to have this type of meal is by indulging with lots of curries on your rice - that was what exactly I did. Try la this place... sedap woo!
Oh yeah, Steven's Banana Leaf Restaurant is at Pandan Indah - take the junction to Hospital Ampang in Pandan Mewah, it's on the left side of the road - you'll never miss it.

Syabas AF7! - Posted via iPhone (Poyo lah ni!)
Ahahahani entry yang sangat poyo... posted via iPhone (ni yang poyo ni...) - btw this is not am AF blog - so this will be the only posting on this tv programme.
I used to be a fan of Akademi Fantasia (and tak sangka plak I'll be writing about AF in here) and gave up on the contestants, the programme sejak after Mawi won... the AF after that cuma ada one or two really good and outstanding ones and come AF6 - it all cam crumbling down - I decided not to even bother watching. Sampailah hari ni bila 'ter' tengok AF7 and knowing that Acis is now the music director - terus terpegun. All I could say is Syabas AF for the vast improvement - good music especially (teringat concert-concert Sheila yang sentiasa gempak dengan bunyi musik berkualiti dari Acis and team) and the contestants too are so much better this time. Sesuai dengan konsep 'transformasi' yang dicanng-canagkan - it's about time if Astro didn't want to hilang audience.
This is what a singing contest should be - contestants mesti dah pandai nyanyi bukannya budak-budak baru nak belajar macam season lepas-lepas. I enjoyed their show walaupun ada la sorang dua yang sumbang but considering the programme baru bermula, I should say the students this time dah ada personality, gaya dan showmanship tersendiri. The cameraman this time pun different, in summary, I am hooked and will watch this show every week. Yang pasal perangai-perangai contestants kat diari AF or whatever they call it now - it lantaklah, I just want good entertainment - even the judges comments this time pun I think better compared to some old lady's babbling some time ago, if you know what I mean.
Syabas AF!

Here Comes... iPhone 3G!
After eying Mahid's iPhone several times and dok beranganing owning one for myself hehehe I finally got to own this awesome gadget - thanks to my beloved, who else, KN lah! Yup it was a gift - no particular occasion just a token a love I guess... thank you hon!
So ever since I got this magnificent piece of technology ahahaha asyik-asyik install itu ini on the phone - that's my kinda thing. I love the games! Download-able games - even the free ones are superb. Kal El memang tak berapa gemar main game but with this iPhone i've become a game freak pulak - especially love the bowling and tapping game...seronok I tell you!
Since this is my first non-Nokia communications gadget I do find it troublesome to get use to the navigation - memang Nokia lah paling senang and user friendly I think. There are some features on Nokia which are not available on iPhone yang kadangkala pisses me off. Tapi apa pun I enjoy this iPhone very much! Nokia tu... bawak la jugak ke hulu ke hilir guna untuk snap-snap pics hehehe - I still love the 5MP camera with flash on my N95!

Imperial Boutec Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
We wanted to earlier stay at a posh hotel like Sutera Harbor but we came across this special hotel in the Internet and fell in love with it. It is located at Warisan Square just a walking distance from the Filipino Market, Pasar Buah and Pasar Ikan Masin. On Sundays there is a Tamu selling all sorts of things from second hand clothing to foodstuff and household items.
Imperial Boutec is on the same row as Imperial International Hotel and not many people know this hotel exists even locals. Boutec is a coined term from the words Boutique and Technology. All rooms come with broadband Internet.
Since we took the Valentine’s Package, the room came with chocolates and dinner for two at Imperial International. It was a 4 course dinner; garlic prawn and salad with garlic bread, double boiled chicken stock with wantan and bun, a choice of medallion steak with mushroom sauce or grilled chicken with mushroom sauce, chocolate truffle, swiss chocolate and coffee or tea. The only setback with the dinner was it was held one floor above the 10th floor – and guess what, you’d have to go up a flight of stairs to eat and yes, you guessed right, the hotel staff had to carry me one floor up!
The room was gorgeous, with a see through toilet, plasma tv, mini fridge and very stylish furnishings. Our room had the sea view and yes, we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back if we return to KK in the future.
