Teppanyaki @ Signature's KLCC
I seldom crave for Japanese dishes tapi one evening tu macam terngiang-ngiang Teppanyaki. Since we were planning to go to KLCC that evening, singgahlah kat Signature's Foodcourt. KN had the Beef Teppanyaki while I had the Chicken Teppanyaki. I kinda like the Teppanyaki taste, tak kira la beef or chicken tapi yang mesti ada, seperti biasa, sambalnya!
And of course, sudah semestinya setiap kali ke Signature's Foodcourt KLCC, maka Kal El tidak akan lepaskan peluang menikmati Iced Jelly Fruit Cocktail yang amat menyegarkan ekekeke.
Yoshinoya, KLCC SIgnatures Food Court
Fried DumplingAnother nice eating place kat Signature Food Court in KLCC is Yoshinoya Stall. I haven't tried the main dishes here (Serving Japanese Food duh!) but I've tries the Fried Dumpling (kalau tak silap namanya). Gerainya berhampiran Nasi Lemak Adik dan bersebelahan dengan Kyros Kebab dan Western Food di Signatures Food Court KLCC (Going up the excalator, it's on your right). Boleh tahan, Kal El sukakan rasanya - considering that I am not really into Japanese Food kan- kira boleh lah!
Nasi Lemak Adik, KLCC SIgnatures Food Court
Voted the MOST Expensive Nasi Lemak in the World!Inilah dia rupa nasi lemak paling mahal pernah Kal EL makan. Percaya atau tidak it costs me RM12.60 for this plate of nasi lemak. Lauknya daging rendang, sambal tumis, telur rebus sebiji, bergedel dan kentang goreng. Walaupun begitu rasanya tidaklah setanding harganya. Lebih berbaloi kalau ke Nasi Lemak Boss di Ampang atau Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa di Kampung Baru.
Susun atur lauknya yang pelbagai memang menarik perhatian (dan juga duit dalam wallet anda) tapi cubalah dulu baru dan nilaikan sendiri. Mungkin ianya hebat bagi anda tapi tidak bagi Kal EL.

One of my favourite stopover kalau makan di KLCC is it's Western Foodstall at the Signatures Food Court. It is at the right hand side of the escalator where Kyros Kebab and Laksa Shack! is The auntry at the stall too is very friendly and she told me that the stall is a franchise of The Ship. Patut la...
They offer a variety of Western food dishes ranging from chicken, beef to fish. I have tried eating here many times but only this time (note: this was taken way back before Ramadhan, kira hutang entry la ni) I remembered to snap pictures.

Maryland Chicken with Banana Fritters
KN and I would usually drop by KLCC for a quick munch on our way home on days where we are undecided on what to eat or on days where we have a movie to catch at TGV KLCC. This time I ordered the Maryland Chicken with Banana Fritters that comes in a set of a bowl of Musroom Soup and a cup of Corn Pudding.

And of course when at this food court I would not miss ordering the Fruit Coctail with Jelly no matter how cold the day is.

KN on the other hand ordered the FIsh n Chips that I would say, for a non-seafood person like me, looked good - if it's true that the stall is a franchisee of The Ship then it should be good.

Another worth trying dish is the combo set that comprises of steak, chicken chop, sausages and sunny side up - try it and you'll never regret.
Cafe Milano @ Signature's KLCC
Cafe Milano is at the Signature's Food Court @ Suria KLCC. It serves Italian food like spaghetti and lasagna as well as a variety of waffles for dessert. I have not tried their waffles tho but they look so discriminatingly sweet and definitely tempting for a diabetic like me.

KN has tried their Spaghetti Alfredo with Meatball and loved it! Don't worry if you're a Parmesan Cheese freak like me - they're not stingy and you can help yourself to as much as you want at the cashier counter, unlike some other places I've been to, serving Italian dishes but did not have Parmesan Cheese in storage.
Iced Jelly Fruit Cocktail
If ever we dine at Signature's KLCC, I would usually order the Iced Jelly Fruit Cocktail to accompany my pasta. The stall selling this refreshing dessert is just opposite Cafe Milano.
Finally Out to See the World
After spending about three months in the jail of my own home, recupertating from the recent cerebral stroke attack I had on the 4th day of Aidilfitri, I finally went somewhere yesterday. Well ot that I wasn't really at home all the time but apart from going to work, going out for meals. some little visits to the supermarket for necessities, I was home most of the time these past three months.
So we went to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks, really fun movie to watch. Full of nice and catchy music that makes me hum all the way to the car afterwards. And guess what, we downloaded (hehehe...) the soundtrack a few nights after the movie - nice! I could relate well to Alvin and the Chipmunks because they've been around longer than I have been on this earth, 35 years perhaps? Maybe more. Ahaha I laughed my heads out throughout the movie. However I think the introductory part of the movie was most ilarious and the anticlimax hit after the chipmunks have hit their glory but yeah we had so much fun and laughter and the movie surely made us feel good thereafter.
Before the movie we window shop for a while, took some pictures of the Christmas decorations (When I was a lot younger Mummy used to bring me hotel and shopping complex hopping during this season to snap photos and see the Christmas decorations) I had a shock of my life to see a Nautica jacket sold at Parkson for RM2.6k - that is just horrendous as that piece of clothing costs RM200 more than my Nokia N95! Crazy! So before I have another stroke attack, or maybe a heart attack this time, I better cool down, forget it and just leave it to the rich to mind the price (but of course the jacket would look handsome on me - that was why I looked at the price tag in the first place ahahaha)
We had dinner at the Signature food court - I tried the meatball spaghetti bolognese from Cafe Milano and it was fantastic. They serve all sorts of spaghetti plus yummy looking waffles - a no no for me as they look really sweet but really tempting! KN had McDonald's, the usual quarter pounder meal. The spaghetti was out of this world, cheaply priced and really tasty!
For supper we bought the bagels in front of TGV and didn't really liked it except for the Jalapeños flavored bagel. We bought three other flavors, chocolate mint, chocolate parmeson and Italian bagel - all we quite hard, not as soft as they claimed to be. For us that was the last time there.
Otherwise I really had a wonderful time.
