Cozy House @ Great Eastern Mall
Apart from Cozy Corner Ampang Park, we frequent their branch at Great Eastern Mall. Actually the one at Ampang Park (and in PJ) and this one at Great Eastern Mall belongs to two different owners. They're actually siblings who have gone their separate ways and opened two restaurants using the same name and serving the same menu. Even the taste is exactly similar.
I am not sure how this happened but if you call any of the two restaurants and asked for the other's telephone number they will deny having relations or having a branch at the other place. Having asked one of their waitresses there who had served the place ever since I was a kid, she told us about the differences (or row) the siblings had.
No matter what we order there, or no matter which Cozy Corner we went to so far, they both serve great food. Of course my favourite would be the Cozy Chicken Chop with Gravy - nothing beats this dish elsewhere and has been my favourite since the first time I set foot in this restaurant perhaps nearly 15 years ago. That night, apart from the tasty Chicken Chop, we ordered the Cantonese Kuey Teow and we both had the Jasmine Tea... reminds us of Teh Botol in Indonesia!

Cozy Corner Ampang Park
This would be the zillionth time I've eaten at this restaurant popular for its delicious cooking. I've been eating here since I was a kid with mummy especially loving the chicken chop with gravy, fried bee hoon with dried chilli, nasi goreng and their special Hainanese Chicken Rice (usually would be sold out during lunch hour).
While the prices have escalated from the first time I ate there perhaps in the late 80s or early 90s they are still affordable and as delicious. One of my facourite meals that i've been ordering there since my childhood is the Cozy Chicken Chop with gravy.
KN and I had dinner at Cozy again (the second time this month) but this time we both ordered something other than our usual. I had the medium rare NZ Sirloin Steak and KN had the NZ Tenderloin Black Pepper Steak. For drinks, the usual kelapa muda for me and Coke for KN. The food was superb as always but the gravy on mine was a bit salty, tolerable however. The meal consist of a bowl of salad, a bun and the main dish.
Cozy I think has 3 outlets now. One in Ampang Park, one in Great Eastern Mall and the latest in PJ. However, the one in Great Eastern Mall is of different management (but the food tastes identically delicious) - from stories I heard, both owners are siblings but decided to go separate ways (with the Ampang Park branch being the first) and decided to open another restaurant in Great Eastern Mall with the same name and the same line of menu. When I was in the Uni they had another outlet in Cheras, I wonder if its still there? Whatever it is, they're Cozy and both serve good food. They deserve an 'A' all the way.

First Week of Ramadhan
The first day of Ramadhan we went to Puteri Bongsu Restaurant - my favourite Nasi Padang Restaurant at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng - we had our usual; rendang daging, bergedel, sambal hijau and chicken plus my favourite Avocado chocolate nad my other half's Durian Belanda for our drinks. Yummy!
We also went to Cozy Corner at Ampang Park twice where I had, what else, my favourite Chicken Chop with gravy and on our second visit we had fried chicken with dried chilli, tom yam, kailan in oyster sauce plus sharks fin soup and banana split. Yummy!
We had not much choice as Ampang Park seems to be the easiest to access at the nearest time for berbuka. I finish work at 4:30 but my love here at 5:30 - so by the time I am chauffeured from the office, it will be somewhere after 6pm. So one of our break fast treat was Pizza Hut where our pizza was accidentally upgraded to a LARGE instead of what we ordered, a REGULAR. Well, we didn't know as it was our first time ordering the diplicious pizza (the one with sausage stuffing and a cheese dip) as the pizza looks regular size but it was put on a large pan because of the sausages - huh rezeki la orang kata... rezeki bulan ramadhan and the waitress didn't say anything until we've eaten half of the pizza. Hehehehe thank you there.
But the best buka puasa treat in the first week of Ramadhan was at Hill Side Restaurant in Bukit Antarabangsa - it was a buffet for RM29+ per person where they server BBQ on Mondays - it is RM25 net for other days where they serve different menu everyday. Considering it is a small family restaurant and a not so big serving of food lineup, we enjoyed our meal there as much as the warm staff of the restaurant. We'll definitely come back to try the rest of the buffet.
